We allow collection on all party essentials, garment printing as well as savouries & cakes. A courier service is used for all parcels upto 10kg but a private delivery service is used for all cake & savoury deliveries and because this is two different delivery options it will be priced differently as well.

All hiring equipment such as jumping castles, DIY backdrops, tables and chairs etc are only available for delivery by us. We will deliver, you will set up and breakdown and we will collect once your event is completed.

We deliver to most areas but regret no deliveries to townships, farms, wine estates and informal settlements.

Delivery times are ideally between 7-11am where collection times are between 4-6pm depending. If there are any delays you will be notified via call or whatsapp. You are requested to ensure you (the hirer) is available telephonically in the event you need to be contacted.

Upon delivery please ensure you check that the correct items are delivered, you will be requested to sign for your delivery.

When items are collected please have all items ready. Our staff will not be breaking down your event and deflating jumping castles. All items must be ready for pick up on the agreed upon time. You will receive a document that indicates the necessary delivery & collection process.
